THE FOUNDER :

Antoine (Tony) Andraos, B. Com (HEC), BA, accountant and chartered real estate broker is President and co-founder of UII. After working for more than 14 years in the private sector in various executive positions, such as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of a national real estate group, Mr. Andraos co-founded U-Get Idara Inc. in 1999. He was the financial analyst providing valuation advice for several major real estate projects. He also developed large scale projects, prepared and finalized construction costs, negotiated and finalized long-term leases with future tenants, negotiated all construction contracts with sub-contractors. Mr. Andraos also monitored and managed all aspects of the construction work from beginning to end to his client's satisfaction.

Mr. Andraos and his team have played a key role in new construction projects totaling over 2,000,000 sq. ft. and valued at over 500 million dollars, in Montreal as well as Western Canada. These projects were for both commercial and industrial buildings, often leased to one large customer, such as Bell, Motorola, ABB, ADT, Sony and more.

Since January 1999, U-Get Idara Inc, under Mr. Andraos' supervision has concentrated its efforts on projects benefiting its clients in various sectors, adding rental properties, medical centers, commercial and industrial buildings to its management portfolio.
